OnlineJobsBoard provides a platform connecting technology professionals ("Candidates") with employers seeking to hire them ("Employers").

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and application processes.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials.
2. Employer Obligations
Employers using the platform to post job listings agree to the following terms:
- Job postings must be genuine, accurate, and comply with all applicable labor and employment laws.
- Employers must not charge candidates any fees for applying to or securing a position.
- OnlineJobsBoard reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
3. Candidate Obligations
Candidates using the platform to apply for jobs agree to the following:
- Submitted resumes, portfolios, and application materials must be truthful and accurately represent your skills and experience.
- Candidates must respect the application process as defined by the respective Employer.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OnlineJobsBoard and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
OnlineJobsBoard acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings, including profiles offered. We are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates, or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
